Youth For Seva (www.youthforseva.org) is an organisation that inspires, connects and supports youngsters who want to give a slice of their time to community welfare activities. Started four years back in Bengaluru, the movement has grown across nine cities (Bengaluru, Mysore, Mumbai, Pune, Bhopal, Hyderabad, Shimoga, Belgaum and Bagalkote ) with over 8,000 volunteers. Several genuine NGOs are benefited by the bridging work that YFS has been doing.
YFS is opening a chapter in Coimbatore today (March 19, 2011) and in Chennai tomorrow (March 20, 2011). Sevabharathi Tamilnadu will be closely associated with YFS as a participating NGO.
